My Black Eyed Pea!

Well, our little wrestler has been doing well, he took 2nd in the last tournament!

He was SOOO excited to recieve his first award for placing!  He's so proud, he packs it around with him everywhere.

 BUT!!  As his grandma, I don't like to see him get a cut and black eye in the process!  However, I have to say, I was proud of him for not giving up, or crying.  He just got tougher and worked hard until he won that match.

While I love seeing him enjoy turning out for a sport, I do find it hard to watch them getting a bit beat up sometimes....
