Fathers Day...

I wish all of you a Happy Fathers Day....

For me, I will be spending it with my hubby and son as my Dad passed on several years ago. I do get very sad, missing him at this time....and I spend alot of time thinking about all the memories.... but, I was fortunate to have had a wonderful life, with a dad who never ever spoke a cross word to us. As a matter of fact, he spent his life devoting his life to making us happy. All five of us kids.

Our family will be doing a Southern Boil tomorrow. We decided to keep it simple. I will finally get a chance to use those special spices I got when we were in Louisisana...I hope to share pictures for a post with you later!

I am deliberatly making this short and simple to emphasize this simple message.

"Show those you love how important they are to you now, because you may not get the chance tomorrow..."
