Tender BBQ Ribs!!!

I often get requests for the recipe for my BBQ ribs so I thought I'd post it for any interested parties:

I typically use this for Boneless beef ribs, but I have used it many time for Pork ribs too and it's equally as good!

Directions:

Approx. 18 small boneless beef ribs.

1. T. Italian spices

1. T. Celery salt

1. T. Garlic salt

1 T. Pepper

************

1 lg. bottle BBQ sauce (your favorite)

My technique: * Rinse ribs (in cold water) place in large stock pot and cover with water. Add spices, Cover. Bring to boil. Boil about 1 1/2 hours. [This time varies with your ribs. Just until they are "fork" tender] Watch pot to keep it from boiling over! Once it comes to fast boil, lower heat and keep at medium boil. When ribs are "fork tender" (not quite falling apart when you pick them up) remove them from water with tongs to drain, and place onto foil lined cookie sheet.

* Pour Your favorite bottled BBQ sauce over tops of ribs and brush over generously. Turn ribs and repeat on other side. Cover tray with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready for party. May even prepare to this point, and let sit overnight prior to party.

*Turn oven onto Broil. (I don't preheat it. I use the gradual heat up time to warm these) Sprinkle ribs with a little pepper and place under broiler and watch closely until slightly blackened. (I like them to get blackend, in order to have that BBQ grilled look) I just do this on one side.
Then remove from oven, and place on serving platter.

* In a small bowl, heat up extra BBQ sauce, and serve on the side with these ribs.

NOTE: No one has ever needed a knife!!! Enjoy and let me know if you make them and how your family likes, ok? I'd love the feedback!
